These terms cover joining the club, buying a crest flag, and making a donation on this website. The USNA Parents Club of Central Florida Inc is a volunteer-run nonprofit supporting the families of Naval Academy Midshipmen from Central Florida.

Membership

Membership is for the family of a Midshipman, a NAPS student, or an incoming appointee. Choose the term that matches the years your Midshipman has remaining at the Academy. Current terms and prices are on the Membership page.

Your membership runs for the term you buy. The date it runs out is shown in your account under My Account, and we will email you before it does.

Membership belongs to your family and cannot be transferred to another family.

When your Midshipman commissions, your family moves to Alumni membership. Alumni membership is free and does not expire.

Crest flags

Crest flags are printed for each class year and sold while stock lasts. We ship within the United States only.

Flags are posted by a club volunteer rather than a warehouse. If you need to know when your order will go out, or want to check what is in stock for a particular class year, email usnaflags@gmail.com.

If a flag arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email usnaflags@gmail.com within 30 days and we will put it right.

Donations

Donations pay for what the club does: care packages, family events, and awards for graduating Midshipmen. Donations are not refundable.

The club is a nonprofit corporation. If you need a receipt, email usnapccfl@gmail.com.

Paying

You can pay by PayPal or by check.

If you pay by check, your order is held until the check reaches us. Your membership starts, or your flag is posted, once we have it. Where to send the check is shown when you place the order and on your confirmation.

Refunds

Memberships and donations are not refundable once bought. Flags can be replaced if they arrive damaged or incorrect, as above.

If something has gone wrong with an order, email usnapccfl@gmail.com. We are a small club and we would rather sort it out than stand on a policy.

Your account

An account lets you see your own membership, find other club families, and RSVP to events.

The members-only pages, including the Midshipmen roster and the member directory, are visible only to signed-in members. Your email address and phone number are shown to other members only if you choose to share them, and you can change that at any time in your account.

We do not sell your information or share it outside the club. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
